Registered in your name, with one round of changes included. You pay once it is live and you are happy with it. If you say no, nothing is published, nothing is charged, and you do not hear from me again.

Why it costs this little, and why you heard from me at all
Two fair questions, and both deserve the answer before you ask. The price: I work on my own from Etropole, Bulgaria, with no office, no sales team and nobody between you and the person building the thing. Five pages is a week of my time. It is inexpensive because my costs are, not because a part of it is missing and priced later.
The email: I look for businesses with no website, or one that falls apart on a phone. I build the page first and write afterwards, which is why the link you were sent already had your own name on it. If it is not for you, one word back is enough — or use the link at the end of this page — and that is the end of it.
There are no client logos here and no testimonials. I am not going to put somebody else's business name on this page to sell you yours. What you can check instead: the page made for your business is already live, and a reply to my email reaches me, the person who built it.
